Business Package Handling Agreement

Purpose

The Client authorizes QuickDrop to receive, store, track, and coordinate collection of packages on the Client's behalf.

Services Provided

• Package receiving
• Package holding and storage
• Pickup coordination
• Tracking updates
• Authorized pickup verification
• Customer notifications

Fees

• Standard Package Receiving Fee: JMD $300
• Knutsford / Zipmail Facilitation: Additional JMD $100
• Storage Fee After Five (5) Days: JMD $100 per day

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Provide valid contact information
• Collect packages promptly
• Comply with Jamaican laws
• Pay all applicable fees

Authorized Pickups

The Client may designate another individual to collect packages.

The Client accepts responsibility for any package released to a person authorized by the Client.

Liability

QuickDrop will exercise reasonable care while handling packages.

QuickDrop's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the affected service.

Abandoned Packages

Packages remaining uncollected for more than thirty (30) days may be deemed abandoned.

The Client authorizes QuickDrop to dispose of, donate, return, or otherwise handle abandoned packages without compensation.
